Your responsibilities:

• Controlling and optimising production processes to ensure smooth operations
• Maximising machine availability and increasing productivity in all areas of production
• Continuously improving utilisation rates, performance levels and quality rates
• Ensuring compliance with required quality standards and safety guidelines
• Planning, leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team of employees
• Monitoring and implementing production quality and plant performance
• Continuously optimising production processes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training in mechatronics/metal and wood technology or comparable qualification, ideally with experience in a sawmill or in wood processing
• Willingness to work shifts and a strong focus on goals
• High level of commitment, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented approach to work
